We sold our house! It has been pending since Monday. This releases so much stress for us, and opens up our options in making an offer in Oregon.
We have an absolutely fabulous realtor down there who also has the biggest heart imaginable and is quickly becoming one of our best friends! I am recommending Kimberly to everyone I know in the Portland area. (The problem is that besides Chris' parents, she is the only person I know...)
All of a sudden this move is becoming real. Now I guess we need to get this place packed up!
