Life is going by at a crazy pace for us. We are now solidly into summer, and enjoying the time and the sunshine that thankfully is finally showing itself regularly.
Chris has started his doctorate program, so we've gone back into the juggling act of trying to balance our busy life with papers and reading and classes.
The big news is that we learned today that we have a court date for our adoption next week!!! Our case is set to go before a judge on July 21st. We had resigned ourselves that we wouldn't make it in before the court closure, so this was unexpected and very welcome news! The girls are both excited and ready. We have received very sweet letters from them, and we are so hoping for good news on the 21st...
So we shall see what next week brings!
